Data Deletion Request

At Hydro Coach, we deeply respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data. In accordance with data protection laws and our commitment to transparency, we provide users with two option to delete their data from our systems.

Option 1: In-App Data Deletion

For your convenience, we offer an in-app option to delete all or parts of your data.
  1. Open the App: Launch the Hydro Coach app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Tap on the ‘Settings’ icon/menu in the app. This is can be found in the app menu.
  3. Access More Options: In the Settings menu, select the ‘More’ option to view additional settings.
  4. Delete Data: Find and select the ‘Delete Data’ option. This will take you to a page where you can choose to delete all or specific parts of your data.
  5. Choose Data to Delete: You will have the option to select which data you want to delete. You can choose to delete all data stored in the app or select specific data types.
  6. Confirm Deletion: After selecting the data you wish to delete, confirm your choice. Please be aware that this action is irreversible, and once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Option 2: Request Deletion by E-Mail

  1. Email Request:
    To initiate the deletion of your data, please send an email to our support team at office@codium.at.
  2. Include Necessary Details:
    In your email, please provide the email address associated with your Hydro Coach account. This will help us to accurately identify and process your data for deletion.
  3. Confirmation of Request:
    Upon receiving your email, our team will send a confirmation message to the provided email address. This ensures that we are interacting with the rightful account owner and protects your privacy.
  4. Processing Time:
    We aim to process all data deletion requests promptly. However, please allow us a reasonable amount of time to thoroughly remove your data from our systems.
  5. Final Notification:
    Once your data has been successfully deleted, we will notify you via email. This serves as a confirmation that your personal data is no longer stored in our database.

Please Note:

Data deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you are currently using the Hydro Coach app, deleting your data will result in the loss of your historical data and preferences. We appreciate your trust in Hydro Coach.
